Živogošće
Živogošće is a beautiful small village beneath Biokovo, known for its long pebble beaches and crystal-clear sea. Your holiday will be filled with wonder as you find yourself in a picturesque and indescribably beautiful setting – between the rugged Biokovo mountains and the blue Adriatic.
Beyond its natural beauty, Živogošće has a rich history. On the beach below an 18th-century Franciscan monastery, the 'Licinian Epigram' is preserved – an inscription carved into living rock dating from 474 BC. Folk festivals and cultural events are held throughout the summer.
