Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability. Please let us know your expected arrival time.
A deposit is required to confirm the booking.
60+ days before arrival – full refund
30–60 days – 50% refund
Within 30 days – no refund.
Tourist tax: €1.99/day (adults), €1/day (children 12–18). Registration fee: €1.50/person. Extra car: €20. BBQ with a €100 deposit.
Pets welcome with a daily fee. Lead required in common areas. Pets must not be left alone in the home.
Quiet hours 23:00–07:00. Loud music is not permitted. Car access 07:00–23:00 with a barrier card.
We do not accept stag/hen parties or similar events. This is a quiet family retreat.
